Advanced Management & Leadership Training
This course is designed for experienced managers to help them learn to develop individuals, as well as improve the management of their teams, paying particular attention to the difficulties facing a manager in a highly pressured role.
It works well as a stand alone course, or as a great as a follow on course, or part II to “Introduction to Great Management“.
The course runs as a natural 1/2 day and can be expanded to a full day allowing attendees enough one-to-one/coaching time to really focus down into their specific daily challenges.
